1. General Information
The website www.ashabhupendertrust.org (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is owned and operated by the Asha Bhupender Charitable Trust. The Trust was legally executed on 11th December 2025 and is registered at Tehsil Baijnath, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.
By accessing this Website or making a donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, donors, and users of the Website.
2. Charitable Objectives
The Trust operates strictly for charitable purposes as defined in its Trust Deed. Any funds contributed to the Trust are utilized for the following primary objectives:
- Mental Health: To promote mental health awareness, establish rehabilitation centers, and facilitate access to qualified professionals.
- Social Welfare: To provide relief to the poor, distressed, and underprivileged through food distribution, shelter, and basic healthcare.
- Animal Welfare: To construct and maintain shelters for stray, abandoned, or injured animals and provide veterinary care.
- Heritage & Culture: To preserve, restore, and maintain ancient temples and shrines that serve as centers of spiritual healing.
The Trustees hold absolute discretion in applying funds towards any of these objectives as they deem fit and proper.
3. Donations and Tax Exemptions
3.1 Acceptance of Funds: The Trust may accept donations, grants, or contributions in cash or kind from individuals, companies, or organizations, provided such contributions are not inconsistent with the objectives of the Trust.
3.2 Tax Benefits (80G & 12A): The Chairperson has the right to apply for registration under Section 12A and exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donors seeking tax exemption certificates must provide their valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) and current address at the time of donation.
3.3 Non-Profit Nature: In accordance with the Trust Deed, no part of the Trust's income or property shall be used or applied directly or indirectly for the benefit of the Settlor, Trustees, or any person making a substantial contribution.
3.4 Refund Policy: Donations made to the Trust are final and non-refundable. In the event of an erroneous transaction or duplicate payment, please contact the Trust office via email for a case-by-case review.
4. User Conduct and Restrictions
You agree to use this Website solely for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Website to commit any fraudulent or unlawful act.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website’s server or donor data.
- Use the Trust’s name or logo for commercial gain without written consent from the Chairperson.
The Trust reserves the right to terminate access to the Website for any user who violates these provisions.
